Cochinita Pibil
One of the great dishes of the Yucatán Peninsula. Blythburgh pork from Suffolk, marinated in achiote and citrus, wrapped in banana leat and cooked overnight. Served in the middle of the table for 2-3 people, to share, with corn tortillas, pickled onions, avocado and Habanero salsa.
And because no proper Sunday should start without one, we’ll be pouring our spicy mezcal Bloody Maria’s, our take on a Bloody Mary, in partnership with our friends at The Lost Explorer.
Available every Sunday from 12-4pm.

Group Dining
In Mexico, Sundays are sacred. Long lunches. Plates in the centre, made for sharing. Conversation that stretches for hours.
We can accommodate groups of 8-10 at one table on our ground floor dining room, and 7-14 in Sala Rosa downstairs. For larger parties, please enquire here.
Groups of 6+ are invited to dine from our Chef’s Selection Menu.
